Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Support the planning and managing day-to-day operations of restaurants, room service, and banquet events.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and standards of all F&B areas in accordance with hotel policies and hygiene regulations.
Train, coach, and evaluate F&B team members to maintain high performance and guest service standards.
Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring proper coverage during busy periods.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering and control.
Enforce safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with Halal, HACCP and other regulations.
Support in budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
Job Requirement:
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience at supervisory role in F&B and familiar with industry standard.
Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
Pleasant personality, good working attitude, responsibility, friendly and active personnel.
Team player and fast learner.
Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
Good command of language in English & Malay.
