Pre-U or diploma in food science/technology/chemistry, or related discipline.
Ability to communicate effectively, and be self-motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
Effective time management and task organization.
Relevant experience in food manufacturing, food processing or food ingredients industries.
A commitment to maintaining company standards of quality with a general understanding of FSSC22000 Food Safety Management System.
Passion and interest in food recipe design and experimentation.
Responsible for the development of product applications and concepts in accordance to project briefs.
Responsible for the product application of flavors into finished products.
Work with HQ to upkeep and maintain latest applications formula/recipes.
Assist in sensory evaluation and product tasting with Application Support queries.
Responsible for the maintenance of the ‘Flavor Library’ and sample management.
Responsible for the replacement of raw materials used in Application Laboratory.
Assisting in special projects.
General maintenance and housekeeping of the Application Laboratory.
