Incident Management: Respond promptly to unexpected situations during transportation, such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic accidents, and weather changes. Adjust routes and resources as necessary and report incidents in a timely manner.
Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with drivers, warehouse managers, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of transportation instructions and resolve issues.
Cost Control: Optimize scheduling plans by analyzing transportation routes and time factors to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
