The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitor and track the attendance of sorters across all SOCs.
• Identify and address attendance discrepancies in collaboration with SOC supervisors/admin.
• Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained for payroll processing.
• Liaise with SOC admin to make corrections in attendance records when needed.
• Facilitate smooth communication between SOCs to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Address and resolve queries from agencies regarding attendance, OPS ID, or related to any administrative matters.
• Ensure agencies are promptly updated on relevant matters to minimize operational disruptions.
• Handle and resolve sorters' complaints regarding salary or incentives not received.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Prefer to have working experience from Human Resources or Business Administration
• Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment
