Oversee design and fit-out processes for retail spaces, ensuring compliance with mall/building regulations and approved designs.
Provide creative and technical input for shop layouts, materials, and architectural submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Leasing, M&E, Project team) and external parties (consultants, contractors) on M&F provisions, handover dates, and design approvals.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and handovers to ensure adherence to standards and resolve technical issues.
Regularly update on mall master plan, tenancy plans and landlord provision schedule, ensuring the info is accurate & up to date.
Supervise rectification works and coordinate upgrades or reconfigurations within the mall/building.
Manage special interior design projects assigned by management.
Competent in written and spoken Mandarin or Malay.
Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a certificate/diploma in a related field.
Able to work as Saturday alternative.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned area including outstation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
Must have a minimum of three years’ experience in the retail fashion and accessories industry.
Able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Mandarin or Malay, both oral and written.
