Finished Product Quality Inspector (Furniture), Pontian, Johor

Conduct first-piece inspection of assembled finished products based on customer requirements, samples, color charts, and technical drawings, and prepare inspection reports. Inspect outsourced and purchased finished products and prepare corresponding inspection reports.

Perform random inspections on assembled and finished products. If issues are identified, inform the on-site supervisor and team leader immediately, request the production line to stop, and allow resumption only after re-inspection and approval.

Supervise and effectively control the operational methods of assembly workshop operators.

Oversee and ensure the proper handling of defective products, ensuring they pass re-inspection.

Report quality issues or anomalies identified during the inspection process promptly to the workshop for timely resolution.

Label products that pass the inspection and packaging process.

Summarize daily inspection records and report to the supervisor.

Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or technical/vocational certification or higher.

Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience.

Proficient in using professional inspection tools, understanding their performance and application range. Familiar with furniture inspection-related knowledge.

Skilled in quality management, technical management, and the application of quality tools.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
