You will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for business. You will understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches and have deep understanding of business.

As a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• General accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.
• Understanding and interpreting applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP, and Process Maps to deliver globally financial process/accounting services.
• Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university with at least 4 years of experience in Finance.
• Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Accounting Operations.
• Be able to speak Russian fluently and speak English at a professional level.
• Have good oral & written communication skills and good interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Have led initiatives of moderate scope and impact with the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
