Job description

Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To handle and ensure timely tracking and monitoring of outstanding documents, loan/financing status, cancellation/release/rework cases, and covenant cases.
  2. To handle and ensure daily reconciliation of Sundry Creditors GL in accordance with the set SLA/TAT.
  3. To handle and ensure timely submission of monthly reports to internal and business units, including the Credit Review Report, Syndicated Loan Report, Approved Loan/Financing related reports, and any other reporting as required by business units and management.
  4. To coordinate the preparation of the Amendment for Justification Template and CCRIS reporting on a monthly basis.
  5. To process invoice payments and monitor departmental expenses.
  6. To support and drive annual operational planning and unit costing exercise.
  7. To coordinate and handle management information requested by Group and business/support units.
  8. To carry out ad-hoc assignments/projects, working closely with stakeholders to review process workflows and identify areas for process improvement, as well as provide support across departments as needed.
  9. To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS/Business Finance or related functions, preferably in the banking industry.
  3. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with VBA, SQL, QlikView, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI) is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  7. Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  9. Self-motivated, dedicated, and results oriented.
  10. Willingness to work longer hours when needed.
  11. Positive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  12. Flexible to take on tasks assigned by the Department Head from time to time.
  13. Flexible to be transferred to any unit/section when necessary.
