Position Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for overall accounting and reporting functions that includes preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and MFRS.
2. Payment processing, monthly reporting and preparation of consolidated financial statements for management and HQ.
3. Review all management reports, manage variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance to management for decision making purposes.
4. Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
5. Strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Build the budget and forecast models. Provide business and financial insights to management for decision making.
6. To update, enhance or implement financial policies to strengthen internal controls in order to improve the overall finance operations and effectiveness.
7. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
8. Involve in project management by monitoring project timeline & budget and liaising with business partners to follow-up timely on action items till closure.
9. Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.

Salary: 8000~15000 (RM)

Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of business finance or other relevant experience.
2. High proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
3. Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
4. Obtain bachelor's degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics).
5. Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
