Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements and group management reporting
• Perform robust financial analysis and report on the performance of business units
• Support in preparation of financial budget and projections
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Process assessment and participation in project management of improvement initiatives
• Work with auditors, company secretary, tax consultants and legal advisors
• General business operations support, perform related duties and ad-hoc projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional qualifications recognized by MIA
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably with a well-established multinational company and/or Big Four experience
• Strong knowledge of consolidation principles and reporting experience
• Familiar with IFRS and MFRS
• Analytical, meticulous, proactive and a strong sense of ownership
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with different functions and levels
• Work well in time-sensitive, high pressure environment
• Good command of written and verbal English
