We are now seeking a Financial Controller—a pragmatic, hands-on leader who thrives in balancing day-to-day financial operations with continuous process improvement. In this role, you'll lead a capable team, refine core systems, and support strategic initiatives that will strengthen our financial foundation and operational agility.

Your Impact

Strengthen Foundations: Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and lead automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Lead with Clarity: Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and controlling functions with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Shape Sustainable Success: Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies to support well-informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic objectives.

Manage cash flow projections across projects and business units, ensuring liquidity in partnership with Treasury.

Deliver financial insights and analysis to support decision-making at the senior leadership level.

Operational Excellence

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (month-end, quarterly, annual) in compliance with accounting standards.

Lead system improvements and digitization to enhance reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort.

Oversee tax compliance, audits, and statutory submissions in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Team Development

Mentor and develop finance professionals, fostering continuous learning and high performance.

Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows and align finance operations with business priorities.

Strategic Alignment

Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies and capital planning initiatives.

Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, reduce inefficiencies, and manage financial risk proactively.
