Organize, maintain, and file important financial documents, reports, and other records, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality.
Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data from various departments and creating reports that will support decision-making.
Support the SVP in monitoring departmental budgets and expenditures, ensuring that the company stays within financial targets.
Assist with financial projects as required by the SVP, including mergers, acquisitions, or special financial initiatives.
Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal meetings, board meetings, or client presentations.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including creating financial summaries and assisting in the preparation of presentations.
Assist the SVP with strategic and operational tasks, including handling confidential matters and executing ad-hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in financial management or administrative support (e.g., CFA, CPA, or administrative assistant certifications) are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a finance or corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives, department heads, and external stakeholders professionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with financial planning and troubleshooting.
Anticipates the needs of the SVP and takes initiative to ensure financial processes are running smoothly.
Reliable and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
