    • Work closely with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce working capital requirements, and improve cash flow.
    • Evaluate and implement lean manufacturing finance principles to enhance cost efficiencies across all plants.
  3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Lead the group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide cost-benefit analysis for capital investments, including new production lines, facility expansions, and technology upgrades.
    • Develop scenario models to assess financial impact on raw material price fluctuations, labor costs, and energy expenses.
    • Monitor key manufacturing financial metrics (OEE, Cost per Unit, Working Capital Turnover, etc.) and recommend corrective actions.
  4. IPO Preparation & Capital Market Readiness:
    • Lead financial planning and restructuring efforts in preparation for an IPO.
    • Ensure financial statements and reporting meet regulatory and investor expectations.
    • Collaborate with investment banks, legal teams, and external consultants for IPO readiness.
    • Oversee due diligence processes, prospectus preparation, and corporate governance alignment for public listing.
    • Drive compliance with stock exchange regulations and investor relations requirements.
  5. Leadership & Team Management:
    • Manage and mentor a finance team across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring financial discipline and efficiency.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving automation and digital transformation in finance processes.
    • Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or MIA (Malaysia Institute of Accountant) often required or preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management or controller role in a manufacturing environment and FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise in manufacturing finance, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Strong experience in group financial consolidation within a multi-entity, multi-plant setup.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
