FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Financial Management of the Company

• Maintain the chart of accounts and an orderly accounting filing system
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
• Ensure that accounts payable and receivable are managed and executed in a timely manner
• Manage and execute the production of annual and monthly full set of accounts, accounting entries and bank reconciliation
• Manage and execute the production of annual and monthly cashflow forecasts, monitor the variances and report any significant issues to Management
• Manage the listing schedule of fixed assets for yearly auditing purposes
• Manage and execute the Company's yearly financial audit by preparing supporting documents and the necessary audit reports
• Manage and execute all matters relating to tax, including computation of tax estimate and quarterly GST submissions and payments
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements including filing and submission of quarterly and annual reports with the Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies
• Manage and execute staff payroll, including EPF, Socso and PCB Tax contribution
• Monitor petty cash claim, staff medicals, travelling and overtime claims

Investor Relation Matters

Investor relation matters with regards to the funds managed by the Company.

Administration Office Function

Lead, manage and execute the Company's Administration Office function.

Deal Evaluation

Be expected to conduct deal evaluation and prepare assessment reports across the post-investment state, including but not limited to:

• Be the focal point in the monitoring process that would include on-site visits to determine compliance to plan; be proactive and scanning the environment for changes and proactively inform the management on impending threats and propose next course of action needed to protect our investments.
• Expected to network within the industry of focus to identify challenges and opportunities for timely intervention or action as conditions dictate.
