FINANCIAL CONSULTANT EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:

1. To sell and cross-sell Personal Loan products (indoor sales).
2. To ensure that all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
3. Build rapport and relationship with the customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding.
4. Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
5. Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers and follow-up activities.
6. To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
2. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
3. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
4. Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
7. Full-Time and Contract-basis position(s) available.
8. Able to work immediately.
