YOUR ROLE

As Financial Closing and Reporting Pillar Manager, this is a new global position. As part of this role, you will manage and lead migration activities from various regions where ST is present to the Global Operation HUB in KL.

Other key responsibilities for this position include:

• Ensure financial closing process & reporting until the period is closed: monthly, quarterly, and yearly - accurately and timely (within 3 working days).
• Perform review and analysis of Business and Financial Results during pre-closing and post-closing.
• A strong team player, as this role involves significant engagement in the financial closing step/process with various stakeholders with ~65 legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of various accounting requirements or standards.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Accounting (added advantage with professional certification).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar field; exposure to the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Extensive knowledge in Shared Services Landscape with the ability to manage a sizeable team.
• Fluent in English.
• Very strong leadership and analytical skill set with the ability to work under different time zones (when needed) and cultures.
