Financial Accounting (Vietnamese Speaking) | MNC Professional Services | KL Full Time

Company overview
Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Financial industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a financial accounting professional to join their team in KL.

The new role
Reporting to Team Leader, you will be assisting in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting, reporting, and payments process deliverables prepared. To ensure the reporting and payment process deliverables are submitted to clients or stakeholders within agreed timelines. Participate in mentoring, guiding, and overseeing the work quality, deliverables, and supporting the Team Lead in task management. Perform and review bookkeeping and accounting entries to the accounting system. Preparation and review of a full set of accounts, closing, aging/listings, and all related accounting schedules. Review and approve bank reconciliations and cash flow projections. Provide effective support to the payroll functional team and ensure clear communication across the functions and team members. Prepare and review audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.

Requirements to succeed
The successful candidate must possess a Diploma, Degree, or be in the midst of pursuing professional studies in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 3 years of working experience is required. Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage. Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills are essential. Past relevant experience in supporting cross functions and/or multi-countries is an added advantage. You are people-oriented and a team player, hardworking, possess good communication skills, and have good time management. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
