Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payables
  • To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
  • Ensuring timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handle full set of accounts timely reported for SST submission
  • Handle filing, keep records, and ensure accurate document filing
  • General office administration tasks
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly
  • To prepare, analyze, and report financial results

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
