Responsibilities:

• Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines.
• Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
• Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
• Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation.
• Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
• Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages are an added advantage).
• Fresh Graduate or with 1 - 2 years of related working experience is an added advantage.
• A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• High levels of proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solid analytical skills.
• Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• The ability to multitask and work well in a shared services environment.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
