Financial Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a rich financial accountant who will be responsible for the company's financial statistics and analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent teamwork skills and be able to make wise suggestions in a fast-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company's financial proposals to ensure financial goals are achieved.
2. Financial reporting and budgeting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
3. Management and investment advice.
4. Coordinate software background data research management, control data quality, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
5. Actively cooperate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and promote cross-departmental collaboration.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
2. More than 1 year of financial experience, with team coordination experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Familiar with financial software and systems, and have data analysis capabilities.
5. Basic financial and accounting knowledge is required, a degree in finance or a related field, and professional certification such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
6. Required financial reporting, budget management and cost control skills to ensure the financial health of the company and provide strategic support based on financial data.
7. Applicants with many years of work experience in fintech, financial services or related fields are preferred.
8. Be able to cope with the rapid changes in the FinTech industry and understand the basics of FinTech related technologies including blockchain, electronic payment, digital currency, artificial intelligence, etc.
9. Excellent company strategic financial planning, and the ability to develop financial strategies for the company's development in a data-driven manner is preferred.
10. In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the FinTech sector, able to establish maintenance and risk management systems to ensure that the company's financial operations comply with local and international regulations.
11. Knowledge of compliance requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), data privacy and security is required to ensure that the company can avoid related legal and financial risks in its operations.
12. Be familiar with financial automation tools and software, and understand the tools and data analysis methods used by FinTech applications.
13. Possess strong data analysis capabilities and be able to provide support for decision-making through analysis of financial data and other relevant data.
14. Maintain good communication with other departments (such as technology, marketing, etc.).
15. Ability to communicate with the Treasurer and Director to report on financial status and company strategy.
16. Maintain a keen insight into changes in the industry, adapt to the innovative environment, and be able to cope with high-intensity pressure.
