Finance Supervisor/Manager

• Manage and responsible for Full Sets Accounting (AP, AR, GL), book keeping record, petty cash record and make sure account balance function at timely manner.
• Hands on calculation, book keeping and all accounts calculation, and administrative matters of the finance and account department.
• Execution of monthly stock count and submit report
• Understand and knowledge of company tax calculation in Malaysia, tax requirements, rules and submission forms of LHDN, able to do CP500, CP502, CP204, CP204A and submit monthly report to Managers
• Meet date-line and accuracy
• Able to well communicate with financial institute, audit firm etc.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well
• Any other task performance assigned by superior from time to time

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Working experience in Account and Finance (At least 3-5 years)
• Experience in Manufacturing sector account and finance arrangement
• Knowledge and self-execution of monthly stock count requirement, audit requirements and etc.
• Taxation knowledge of Malaysia regulations and Singapore regulations (Is an added advantage)
• MUST be able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Full task experience with bookkeeping practices, e-Invoice and accounting systems
• Willing to learn new system and follow upper management instruction
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to details

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting

Working hours:

5 working days (Monday to Friday)

• OT required whenever necessary
