We are looking for an experienced Financial Director to be responsible for the company's financial planning, risk management and financial reporting. The ideal result should have excellent financial analysis skills and team management experience, and be able to make wise decisions in a fast-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure the achievement of financial goals.

Financial reporting and budgeting to ensure accuracy for compliance and oversight.

Manage profit and investment strategies to optimize capital efficiency.

Finance leadership team, providing guidance and support to improve overall team performance.

Coordinate software background data research management, control data quality, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Actively cooperate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and promote cross-departmental collaboration.

The law requires:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

- More than 5 years of financial management experience, with team management experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate the work of various departments.

- Familiar with financial software and systems, and have data analysis capabilities.

Finance and accounting background

Basic financial and accounting knowledge is required, a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, and professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

Required financial reporting, budget management and cost control skills to ensure the financial health of the company and provide strategic support for the company based on financial data.

Fintech industry experience

Have many years of work experience in fintech, financial services or related fields, and understand the operations, business models and compliance requirements of fintech companies.

- Be able to cope with the rapid changes in the FinTech industry and understand the basics of FinTech related technologies including blockchain, electronic payment, digital currency, artificial intelligence, etc.

Strategic planning and financing capabilities

Excellent corporate strategic financial planning can formulate financial strategies for the company's development in a data-driven manner.

Capital with market and financing experience, including but not limited to private equity, venture capital and IPO experience, familiar with how to communicate financial status and company prospects to investors and shareholders.

Compliance and Risk

In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the FinTech sector, able to establish maintenance and risk management systems to ensure that the company's financial operations comply with local and international regulations.

Knowledge of compliance requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), data privacy and security is required to ensure that the company can avoid related legal and financial risks in its operations.

Financial and technological skills

Be familiar with financial automation tools and software, and understand the tools and data analysis methods used by FinTech applications.

Possess strong data analysis capabilities and be able to provide support for decision-making through analysis of financial data and other relevant data.

Leadership and communication skills

Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, able to coordinate the company's internal finance team and maintain good communication with other departments (such as technology, marketing, etc.).

Ability to communicate with employees, shareholders and management to clearly convey financial status and company strategy.

Ability to adapt to rapid change

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of financial technology, CFOs need to maintain a keen insight into changes in the industry, adapt to the innovative environment, and be able to cope with high-intensity pressure.
