Job description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing AP, AR, and/or GL functions.
  • Strong proficiency in preparing monthly accounting records and financial reports.
  • Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.

Job Descriptions:

Manage AP, AR, and/or GL Functions:
  • Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) functions of the company.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Prepare Monthly Accounting Records:
  • Generate and prepare monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other essential accounting records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
Costing and Inventory Reports:
  • Prepare costing and inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular analysis to optimize inventory management.
Regulatory Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting accounting and finance activities.
Support in Accounting and Finance Activities:
  • Provide support in various areas of accounting and finance activities as assigned by the finance leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall organizational financial goals.
