Description

Your main job duties will include:

• Providing subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders for finance systems such as PeopleSoft and Hyperion Suite
• Be responsible for utilising established processes in support of incident resolution and request fulfillment
• Understanding the business impact and escalating unresolved incidents to second level support, IT or management in a timely fashion
• Participating in assignments or projects of a routine or non-routine, basic to complex level, dependent upon position in learning curve
• Guiding the activities of entry-level staff members
• Interacting with internal and external customers
• Partnering with peers both in region and globally to ensure seamless service and escalation, uniformity of processes, and continued encouragement of process improvement

Profile

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience within IT support or a finance role, but with a great interest and good knowledge base of both. They will either have a finance related or a computer science degree. Mostly, they will have great communication skills, and be able to articulate to others well and thoroughly.
