Finance Senior Executive

As Senior Finance Executive, the primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee financial operations within the organization. You will work closely with the finance team and external parties to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, effective financial planning, and auditing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit Management:

• Fully handle audit processes, including preparation, coordination, and communication with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement audit procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Internal Controls:

• Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Identify weaknesses in internal controls and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to monitor compliance with internal control procedures.

Collaboration and Efficiency Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to enhance collaboration and communication across departments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / LCCI / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on auditing.
• Experience in handling audit processes from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Synergy, or any other relevant accounting software.
• Ability to fluently communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
