DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

1. Oversee and manage operational cases at the 1st level, including follow-up case status to ensure timely closure.
2. Responsible for the daily reconciliation between existing PSPs and platforms (Transactions Report and Settlement Report), requiring meticulous review.
3. Manage the relationship with Payment service providers (PSPs), opening and maintaining communications with EMI Banks and existing PSPs.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Ad-Hoc Project – undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by superiors from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance & accounting, math, statistics, computer science, business, or another quantitative field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
3. Risk awareness – able to demonstrate understanding of risk control principles and have awareness of risk control, critical thinking, information security, and corresponding escalation on cases when required.
4. Adaptability - A fast learner, able to adapt to rapidly developing and changing working environments, with strong teamwork and communication skills, must possess a clear mindset and tendency for innovation.
5. Familiarity with fund accounting practices is considered an advantage.
6. Good organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, is preferred.
