About the Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial management and reporting of your property investment portfolio. You will lead an experienced team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our property investment business.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the property investment portfolio.
  2. Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and other regulatory standards.
  3. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior management.
  5. Oversee credit control and progress billing collection processes.
  6. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors to optimize financial performance.

What We're Looking For:
  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
  2. At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the property investment or real estate sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and Bursa Malaysia listing requirements.
  4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
