Finance Manager (Property Industry)

This is a Finance Manager role with a property management company, located at Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in financial reporting and has at least 3 years of experience in a Managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial analysis, prepare periodic dashboard, financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
2. Lead and oversee overall Financial Consolidation process.
3. Ensure that the organization's financial records and record-keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
4. Manage employees and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting.
5. Periodically review the organization's financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
6. Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
7. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field; ACCA or related professional certification is preferred.
2. At least three (3) years' experience as a Finance/Accounts Manager is preferred with proven success in leading a team.
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in using Accounting software system is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
