Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and support capital management strategies.
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and managing funding arrangements.
Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for business growth and cost optimization.
Prepare, review, and file tax returns in compliance with local and international tax laws.
Advise on tax planning and strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and assist with tax audits and assessments.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors on matters related to taxation.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Plan and prepare budget proposal for review by the Group Finance Manager (GFM) and finalisation by the Executive Director (ED), and present to the relevant stakeholders.
Continuous monitoring of the approved budget and actual expenditure for the year.
Coordinate with tax agent for timely preparation and submission of tax returns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance policies.
Prepare and maintain documentation for audit purposes and regulatory reviews.
Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Work closely with other departments, including legal, HR, and operations, to support financial and tax-related matters.
Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff on corporate finance and taxation matters.
