Looking for a Finance Manager to lead the accounting team.

about the job

• Oversee daily financial activities, including billing, receivables, payables, general ledger management, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards while enhancing the quality and depth of financial reporting.
• Oversee audit and tax processes, ensuring timely compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare statutory financial statements for all entities within the group.
• Foster strong relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights through performance analysis, trend reporting, and key metrics.
• Establish and refine financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive business growth.
• Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

it'll be good if you are

• more than 6 years solid accounting experience
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Query
• strong attention to details
• excellent communication and leadership
• experience working in financial institution is a plus
