• Manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial management and internal controls.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to support the company’s financial stability and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
