Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

The Finance Manager's main responsibilities include overseeing and leading the finance operations (AP/AR/finance reports) for the business across the APAC region. You will support local, regional, and corporate managerial decisions and report to the CFO.

Description:

• Financial Oversight: Manage all aspects of financial operations, including reporting, planning, and budgeting.
• Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare timely financial reports and conduct in-depth analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital by effectively managing receivables, inventories, payables, and capital expenditures.
• Financial Planning: Create accurate budgets, cash flow projections, forecasts, and business plans.
• External Relations: Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, legal counsel, bankers, insurance providers, and government agencies for compliance and approvals.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Undertake special assignments and projects as needed to support the organization's financial goals.

Profile:

• Min 10-12 years of manufacturing finance/accounting experience.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous.
