Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team at East Found Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring financial compliance, and driving business strategy through data-driven financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, local tax regulations, and company policies.
3. Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, analyze financial performance, and implement measures to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
5. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.
6. Financial Planning & Analysis: Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying key business trends and risks.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
8. Taxation & Audit: Manage tax compliance and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
9. Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, submitting reports to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
3. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
4. Strong knowledge of Malaysian and Singapore accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
5. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling is an advantage.
