Finance Manager (Full Set Accounting)

Ensure accurate and timely financial statements being presented monthly.

Analysing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Preparing detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and management.

Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes and finalisation.

Accounting and Transaction Processing:

Review accounts payable and receivable records to detect financial risks.

Ensure payment processing strictly follows the procedures.

Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and standards, applicable tax rules, Transfer Pricing Policy, and established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Develop and update SOPs as part of internal controls and risk management initiatives.

Financial Support and Project Management:

Assisting with annual budgeting and cost analysis for various projects and initiatives.

Providing financial data and analysis to support decision-making from time to time.

Liaising with other departments on financial matters.

Liaison with External Parties:

Coordinate and communicate with the external auditors in audit planning, address findings and recommendations.

Seek advice from tax agents on tax planning, recording and compliance. Ensure on-time filing and returns.

Work with the CoSec to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Regular communication with Bankers or Insurers as and when needed on risk mitigation and advice.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, or Professional Degree i.e.: ACCA, CIMA, CPA.

Min 8 years of working experience in reporting and analysis.

Ability to develop and manage budgets and forecast future financial performance.

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.

Excellent in financial software, Excel Spreadsheet skills, and ERP.
