Finance Manager (FP&A)

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and analyze historical results against budgets and forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and make improvement recommendations
• Conduct cost & benefit analysis of new initiatives
• Create, update, and maintain financial models for the company operations
• Map out growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments
• Provide advice on how to effectively utilize the company’s financial resources and cash flow/funding management
• Assess the company’s overall financial health using key financial ratios

Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines such as finance/accounting/business
• Working experience in sizable and/or listed companies
• Solid experience in modeling and data analysis
• Strong in Excel, data management, and PowerPoint; good presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Experience in business/management consulting and advisory would be an advantage
