Finance Manager (FMCG Listed company in Klang)

1. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
2. Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including monthly P&L, balance sheet, and quarterly, bi-annual, and annual BURSA reports.
3. Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
4. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
5. Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, providing variance analysis and key insights.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS, IFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
7. Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency.
8. Support audits by preparing required schedules and documentation for auditors.
9. Perform any other assigned duties as needed.

1. Professional certification (MIA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, ICAEW).
2. At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, including 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong technical accounting expertise with high attention to detail.
4. Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
5. Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang.
