Finance Manager (FMCG company in Klang Valley)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team across key functions including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee the full set of accounts and group-level consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior management by delivering actionable insights to support operational and financial decision-making.

• Evaluate and strengthen finance operations and internal control frameworks, driving system-based process enhancements.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual work and increasing automation across finance functions.

• Manage audit processes and tax planning activities, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Drive ERP and financial system enhancements to align with the company’s growth and evolving business needs.

• Mentor, coach, and develop finance team members to build capabilities and support succession planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in audit, commercial finance, and finance leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in finance operations, systems implementation, and team development.

• Strong strategic thinking, financial planning skills, and business acumen.

• High integrity, strong sense of accountability, and proven leadership capabilities.

Education:

Bachelor Degree
