Finance Manager / Controller

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Hands-On Finance Manager/Controller to oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing performance. The ideal candidate should possess the expertise to perform account consolidation and produce comprehensive financial reports in compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management and Reporting:
   • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
   • Generate detailed financial reports for management review and decision-making.
2. Consolidation of Accounts:
   • Perform consolidation of accounts for multiple entities within the organization.
   • Ensure accuracy in inter-company transactions and eliminate any discrepancies.
3. Compliance and Audit:
   • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
   • Assist in the preparation for external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   • Participate in the budgeting process by analyzing historical data and providing forecasts.
   • Supervise finance staff and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and tax regulations.
4. Proven experience in consolidating financial statements for multiple entities.
5. Familiar with US GAAP an advantage.
6. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Autocount, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
7. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
