FINANCE MANAGER (CHINESE)

Job Responsibilities Finance Manager:

1. Handle the full aspect of annual business plans, such as cash flow management, audit and tax submissions, and group insurance matters.
2. Oversee daily finance operations and treasury management matters.
3. Ensure compliance with tax, group policies, and guidelines.
4. Assist department in developing detailed plans for the department's activities.
5. Assist in preparing budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs.
6. Supervise activities of the department in order to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
7. Review periodic accounts reports to ensure compliance with company guidelines as well as statutory requirements.
8. Plan and evaluate tax liabilities under existing and proposed legislations.
9. Implement and monitor accounting processes and other accounting initiatives to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing periods.
10. Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
11. Coordinate monthly operating results against budget for the business unit. Assist in preparing budget to actual comparisons and variance analysis for the Company's operations and highlight those that vary from projections.
12. Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers especially auditors.

Requirements:

1. MIA with MACPA/ ACCA/ CIMA or any professional accounting qualification or degree.
2. At least 3 years of post-accounting professional certification.
3. Understanding of the financial operations and processes preferably within the construction industry.
4. Knowledge of local business and government rules and regulations.
