Finance Manager (Based in Penang)

As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of tasks such as financial reporting, consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, etc. Providing excellent servicing to the company, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.

Job Responsibilities and Key Results:

• P&L management : To prepare full sets of monthly management accounts.
• Cashflow management, AP/AR management : To handle day-to-day finance operation matters.
• Understanding of Consolidation Account : To assist on preparation of monthly consolidation account.
• Close liaison with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, directors as well as other relevant authorities.
• To assist in group internal audit exercise.
• To prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation report.
• Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks/projects of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysia Chartered Accountant recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate with trading/manufacturing background and Business Center system experience is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and positive attitude towards change.
• Able to accept change and with evolving job responsibilities to challenging business environment.
• Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate(s) as may require to communicate with employees in China and Taiwan.
• Preferably with Internal/ External Audit Background with Big 4 firms.
• Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
