Objective:
The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the company’s financial health through strategic planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue trends, and expenses to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirements.
• Lead financial audits and ensure proper documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Develop financial strategies to optimize company performance and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to align financial planning with business goals.
• Supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and process efficiency.
• Ensure all tax submissions meet regulatory requirements and maintain strong communication with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth compliance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• CPA or relevant certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to quickly adapt to and master relevant financial software and digital tools.
