Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of Gnosis Laboratories Group and its subsidiaries. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, and actively contributing to the company’s strategic planning, financial growth, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full spectrum of financial functions including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash flow management.
2. Lead the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management reports, group consolidation, and annual financial statements for audit and tax submission.
3. Formulate, implement, and review strategic financial plans to support business growth and long-term sustainability.
4. Conduct financial and business performance analysis to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
5. Monitor credit control activities and ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
6. Supervise and lead the finance team, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and integrity in all financial transactions.
7. Oversee intercompany transactions, financial risk management, and investment analysis.
8. Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary, and legal advisors.
9. Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards, particularly in the medical/healthcare sector, and familiarity with ISO-compliant environments.
10. Participate as a member of the senior management team, contributing to business analytics, corporate governance, and the company’s overall direction.
11. Experience in Accounting System - AutoCount System

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity with demonstrated leadership in managing financial teams.
3. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English is required, especially to communicate with our regional partners (e.g., Taiwan).
4. Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
5. Strong knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks and corporate governance best practices.
6. Background in medical/healthcare industries and familiarity with ISO standards is a strong advantage.
7. Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills with high integrity and a collaborative mindset.
