Responsible for overall accounting & financial department operation
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of the Company
Prepare monthly financial management reports
Ensure accounts are taken in promptly with statutory requirements and company policies Review and enter journal entries.
Payment arrangement and collection update.
Maintain Fixed Assets management.
Establish accounting process and policy.
Cashflow planning to ensure it wouldn’t run out of credit.
Managing, checking, and reviewing subordinate’s work.
Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, Tax agent, and other regulatory authorities parties to ensure compliance requirements
Review tax estimate for submission (CP204 or CP204A) to IR8 and ensure on-time submission
To ensure proper maintenance of records documents and filing to support all accounting entries
HR-related matters such as salary, overtime, allowance, leave, and employee benefits Prepare employees’ Form EA and submit Form E to IRB
Other ad hoc duties/tasks/projects as assigned by the management.
Willing to travel between Penang and KL office

Job Requirements:
Possess a recognized Degree /Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Accountancy or professional qualification Professional qualification includes ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent.
Candidate should also possess at least 5 years working experience in Finance/Accounting.
Able to handle a full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and monthly reporting.
Language Requirement:
Good analytical and organizing skills with a strong command of written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
