Reporting to the Chief Officer Finance & Legal, you are responsible for leading the finance team, overseeing financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, financial reporting and financial control. Your expertise will be essential in supporting strategic decisions, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the group financial reporting of the Group and its subsidiaries:
  o Lead the review of financial reports - ensuring consistency and completeness of financial reports of holding, subsidiaries and associates according to the adopted reporting format, policies and principles.
  o Prepare the consolidated financial reports of the Group - accurate and timely completion and timely submission of group financial reporting.
  o Coordinate and enhance the Group and its subsidiaries financial reporting matters - alignment of reporting format and adoption of accounting standards.
  o Manage the periodic financial reporting matters of companies within the Group, its subsidiaries and related companies, providing accurate and timely reporting of financial results performances for onwards consolidation (monthly, quarterly and yearly) and support group financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate the application and manage the project reporting to government agencies.
• Coordinate with government agencies in matters of licensing matters.
• Manage the taxation matters (both direct and indirect taxes) of the Group and its subsidiaries - emphasizing on compliance, effective tax planning and timely submission.
• Support the taxation matters coordinate and liaising with tax agents on tax related matters as well as participation as key members in the tax preparation process of the Companies.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports and other reporting requirements as required by the holding company, related companies and tax authorities.
• Lead and manage the finance team - focal point to all internal coordination, staff planning and developments.
• Manage and undertake the bookkeeping and periodic accounting activities of the Companies, ensuring timely reporting and proactive in addressing the financial requirements.
• Assist in compilation, tracking and analysis of projects for management reporting. Plan and monitor entity billing forecast.
• Assist and liaise with external auditors on the yearly audit preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is a plus
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working in accounting and finance background.
• Preferably with some audit experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and has a strong sense of urgency
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous
• Proficient in utilizing office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
