What You Will Do
Oversee and execute month-end closing processes, including the preparation and review of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other financial accounting tasks.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and perform variance analysis on balance sheets and income statements.
Support the Head of Finance in monitoring financial performance, focusing on revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
Lead and participate in financial audits, ensuring the accurate preparation of financial statements.
Liaise with tax agents for annual tax computation and filing, and engage with tax authorities in Singapore on relevant tax matters as required.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to finance team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with overall company goals and initiatives.
Assist the Head of Finance with regional accounting reports and contribute to ad-hoc finance projects or initiatives.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable.
Audit experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
