Finance Manager

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of accounting department.

Establishing and enforcing adoption of proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Ensure accuracy and timely closing and submission of monthly management accounts.

Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.

Ensure timely submission of annual statutory account, corporate tax and indirect tax filing.

Review, improve and implement internal control procedures and workflow including to enhance the efficiency of the finance processes.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretarial firms, bankers and other statutory bodies.

To carry out any other functions and duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Have thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Ability to lead and work independently and committed to delivery on time.

Detail oriented and organized.

Strong planning and prioritization abilities.

Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects.

Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and experience with existing accounting system.

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
