Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Master the overall accounting and tax treatment especially related to accounting treatment and policy preferences in the manufacturing industry.
2. Compile a full set of monthly financial statements and corresponding appendices to HQ.
3. Compile financial analysis reports in Chinese based on the actual situation of the company and market changes.
4. Responsible for the overall financial management of the company, and organize financial budgeting, accounting, taxation, capital and other related tasks according to the requirements of the HQ.
5. Update and improve the company's financial management system and process according to the requirements of the HQ implementation and the actual situation in Malaysia, and supervise the subsequent implementation.
6. Responsible for the company's financial supervision, organize the preparation of financial statements, collect company operating data and HQ financial management statements; summarize and report to the group.
7. Responsible for annual financial operation analysis to ensure financial health and the company's steady operation.
8. Participate in the company's business decision-making and provide financial support for the company's decision-making.
9. Responsible for the establishment, guidance, evaluation and growth of the financial team.
10. Responsible for project financing, taxation, industrial and commercial and banking affairs processing and relationship maintenance, and coordination of internal and external relations related to finance.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent. Certified accountant with CPA certificate.
• At least 8 years of work experience, multi-industry background is preferred.
• Familiar with financial software and Microsoft Office software; ERP System is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good at research, good professionalism and execution; strong communication skills, and good team player.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
