工作能力要求：
Job Requirements:

1. 全职财务经理，需精通马来语、中文和英文，具备卓越的沟通能力；我们正在寻找能够讲普通话的候选人，他们需要为普通话客户提供服务。
   Full-time Finance Manager, who is with strong communication skills. This candidate must be proficient in Malay, Chinese, and English as this position required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
2. 拥有3年以上在马来西亚的财务工作经验，熟悉本地财务流程，包括总账、固定资产管理、基本税务等。
   Minimum of 3 years of financial work experiences in Malaysia, familiar with Malaysia financial processes, including general ledger, fixed asset management, basic tax work, etc.
3. 具备新工厂筹建或制造行业成本会计工作经验，汽车制造行业经验者优先。
   Preferably experienced in new factory construction or cost accounting within the manufacturing sector; priority given to those with experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
4. 具备使用 ERP 系统的操作经验。
   Proficient in operating ERP systems.
5. 有处理公司相关证件的经验，熟悉与马来西亚政府机构的沟通。
   Experience in communicating with Malaysian government agencies for handling company-related documents.
6. 熟悉固定资产核算及监管流程。
   Familiarity with the accounting and regulatory processes related to fixed assets.
7. 薪资范围为 RM 6,000 到 RM 10,000。
   Salary Range: RM 6,000 to RM 10,000.

工作职责：
Job Responsibilities:

1. 协助建立完善的工厂会计核算和资产管理体系。
   System Establishment: Assist in establishing a comprehensive accounting and asset management system for the factory.
2. 负责编制和分析财务报告，包括利润表、资产负债表和现金流量表等，为管理层提供准确的财务信息，以指导决策和业务战略制定。
   Financial Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing accurate financial information to guide decision-making and formulate business strategies.
3. 参与预算制定，监控预算执行情况，提供预算控制建议。
   Budget Control and Management: Participate in budget formulation, monitor budget execution, ensure all company activities are within budget, and provide relevant budget control recommendations.
4. 监督公司的税务和法律遵从工作，确保公司合规，及时申报纳税，防范法律风险。
   Tax and Legal Compliance: Oversee the company's tax and legal compliance, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements, timely tax filing, and mitigating legal risks.
5. 评估和管理公司的财务风险，提出风险控制策略，减少潜在的财务风险。
   Risk Management: Evaluate and manage the company's financial risks, propose corresponding risk control strategies to reduce the potential impact of financial risks.
6. 管理公司的资金流动，包括现金管理、资金筹措和投资决策，确保资金的合理运用和流动性充足。
   Cash Flow Management: Manage the company's cash flow, including cash management, fund raising, and investment decisions, ensuring the rational use of funds and sufficient liquidity.
7. 领导和管理财务团队，分配任务，评估绩效，提供培训和指导，确保团队高效运作。
   Team Management: Lead and manage the financial team, allocate tasks, assess performance, provide necessary training and guidance, ensuring the efficient operation of the financial team.
8. 执行领导的临时工作或任务。
   Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by superior/HOD as and when required.
