Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall accounting functions includes preparation of full sets of accounts (non-halal business).
• Liaise with tax agent and auditor on matters pertaining to tax and audit related matters.
• Assist in yearly audit and drafting of audit report - ensure timely year end audit.
• Prepare/update tax template for tax computations purposes and handling tax revision.
• Prepare & submit company's SST submission.
• Provide guidance/training to new staff as needed.
• Assist in implementation of new procedures/SOPs to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Perform human resource tasks (i.e.: payroll report, statutory payment & monitor staff leave).
• Perform other administrative work if needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related professional qualification like CPA/CIMA/MICPA/ACCA or an equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and good communication skills.
• Experience with SQL/Quickbook/Xero Accounting software, Infotech & Zeoniq POS system.
• Experience in dealing with F&B industry (pub & bistro) will be an added advantage.
• 1 - 3 Years of Work Experience.
