Bursa Malaysia & REIT Compliance
Financial Operations & Portfolio Oversight
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the property investment or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations (Bursa Malaysia listing is highly advantageous).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hybrid Mastery: REIT/Bursa Malaysia reporting experience and/or expand beyond compliance into full financial operations and leadership.
