About the Role

You’ll manage a dynamic finance team and oversee both:

End-to-end financial operations (budgeting, forecasting, credit control)

REIT compliance & Bursa reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual submissions, Board papers, disclosures)

You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership and play a visible role in shaping financial narratives that impact both internal strategy and public stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Bursa Malaysia & REIT Compliance

1. Lead all financial submissions to Bursa Malaysia under REIT requirements
2. Prepare board materials, investor disclosures, and quarterly reporting packages
3. Ensure strict compliance with listing standards and deadlines

Financial Operations & Portfolio Oversight

1. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning for the property portfolio
2. Manage credit control, billing collections, and payment authorization
3. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and bankers
4. Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Managers and Executives
5. Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and reporting accuracy

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the property investment or real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations (Bursa Malaysia listing is highly advantageous).

Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.

Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
